Getting support for your RTI product is easy
The fastest method is to check out our online FAQ and Product Manuals for the most commonly asked questions.
If those online resources do not answer your questions, then send us an email at support@roboticstech.com and we will provide a quick response. This is the preferred method, because it allows you to organize and describe any questions that you may have. Also, you will have a record of both your question and our response.
We offer toll-free telephone support as well. Just call 800-995-6056 and a customer service representative will be glad to help.
Please Note:
We are always glad to assist you with any questions or problems regarding our products. However, we are not equipped to provide general tutorials on the basic operations of computers and networks. It is expected that those who use our products which require computer interface are computer literate. There exists such a variety of computer brands and models that it would be impossible for us to provide such support. An IT professional or the manufacturer of the computer is always the best resource for such information.
Warranty Policy
Returning a Product for Repair
To obtain service for any product, you must first obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from RTI by calling 800-995-6056. That RMA number must be written on the outside of the parcel that you are shipping to us. Any products that arrive without that RMA number written clearly on the box will be refused.
If the Product is Under Warranty
Products must be returned to RTI with transportation charges prepaid and must be accompanied by a brief descripton of the problem, along with a proof of date and place of purchase. Note that warranties do not apply to equipment that has be damaged by accident, negligence or misapplication. Items that have been disassembled by the customer or others will not be processed as warranty. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
Before you contact us, please have the following information ready:
- Place and Date of Purchase
- Serial Number(s) of items being returned
- Copy of Purchase Invoice
Any item returned for repair without the above information will not be processed under warranty, and will be billed as an out-of-warranty repair.
